I loved it! I want to go again tonight, but we have some friends coming over after work. I'm trying to limit myself a bit so I don't get burned out on it either. My plan was to go Mon, Wed, Fri. I walked for 30 minutes and worked on the rowing machine for 10 minutes. It sounds weird, but I am perfectly sore today. Enough that I know I worked out, but not enough to really be in pain. I can't wait to go back!
