Check this out!

I didn't even know these existed.

I was searching for a new penguin avatar when I came across a machine that makes soda right in your own home

They have three models, and the newest one looks like a penguin (that's why it came up), but it's overpriced just because it's stylish. The others are quite reasonable.

All you do is use your water, the machine will carbonate the water and then you add the soda syrup!!!

The coolest thing is that since the stuff isn't being packaged to last for months on a store shelf it's about 1/8'th the sugar, 1/4'th the calories and 1/30'th of the sodium.

I will definately be trying this out

Lol, Sure, we'll make it a lemon/lime flavor.

This is supposed to taste more like a soda fountain soda.

I'm SOOOO gettin' this when I got some spare cash! You KNOW how I love my gizmos.

dude are you going to replace the soda machine with a soda fountain?! too cool! you strap that and the popcorn machine to a moped and you are a highly mobile snack vender extrordinaire, my friend! ya smack any average downtown joe with the opportunity to satifsy his craving for a soda fountain soda and a mountain of popcorn for $5 and he is gonna bite!

That was the spot Ray.

BUT BE WARNED, they actually have three models, and the Penguin is WAY overpriced because it's "Stylish". They all but admit this is their side-by-side comparison which shows that the only real advantage to the penguin is that it's stylish, otherwise, it really does nothing that the other machines don't do.

The base price on the machines, after a $20 instant rebate for a first time buyer range from $99 to $119 to $279. It looks like the two lower ones do everything just as well.

I actually had one of there a year ago... i didnt like how it tasted. too much like flavored club soda, and i dont like club soda. Just tought Id warn you, incase you dont like club soda as well.
