JD. hey i'm burning some discs: one set of 5 tunes which i feel represent us best, and another with 17....a full disc of tunes.  i'll send the station some and you can do whatever with them.  thanks for the encouraging news.  i'm working on getting gigs, but it's tough, we are not exactly jazz or blues or country or rock, who knows what the hell this is, but these guys (in this band) can really earn a 100 bill with their music chops!

anti-social?  my inlaws might think so, but not really.  i check the internet forums two or three times per night, Jamey Aebersold's and now this one, that's about it...

central texas - marlin, which is 30 minutes south of waco.  it's not bad, but it's not at all like ft. worth, which is where i'm from.  my childhood years were in iowa though, so technically i'm a yankee, of the midwestern variety.  my accent it neither, or both i'm not sure: iowan and texan ~ texowan
