I signed up and went to emusic and can get 25 free downloads. I have not done it yet though, but it is legit. Also you can earn more points to get swag!
Let me know how it compares to I-Tunes as far as selection of major artists Ruby.
I'm hesitant to give my CC number without seeing their selection. I know it's a free trial, but sometimes they make cancelling a real pain in the butt, so I'm not sure I want to bother unless I know it's a good selection, including new stuff.
I used up the 25 the same day you gave em to me! Thanks again!
The site is NOT for people hoping to find mainstream current music. It's mostly unknown stuff, but they did have some good older 80's CD's by artists like Flock Of Seagulls, Gary Numan, etc.
I signed up on my own for another 25 and cancelled right away.
I notice that on the Wisconsin RoadRunner website you can sign up and get 50 free tunes, so I may try signing up one more time just to get those. But I would say after that they won't have anything left that I'd find interesting.
