Mornin gang! Afternoon Ultimo! Sorry to hear about you feeling bad Molly. It's supposed to warm up some today to 40! That's probably not including the wind chill though. It's 25 right now. My morning isn't starting out too good, but hopefully it will turn around.

Good-day all!!  Sorry to hear you had a rough one Molly.  I'm also in the mid twenties here but the sun is shining brightly and it's BEAUTIFUL!!  We don't see the sun much in the winter here in IN so this is a nice change.

Good morning friends.

I smacked three toes on the vacuum cleaner Sunday afternoon. I noticed this morning that they have almost quit hurting.

As far as I know, I have a pretty normal Wednesday ahead of me.

Hi all.  I'm not going to be around much today.  I was working all night on a bit problem here at work.  That problem is going to take up the vast majority of the rest of this week and weekend.  Alas I also have to step out this afternoon to have my cat Merlin put to sleep.  Poor guy is in liver failure.     Not a happy day at all in Mema's world.  Hope it is good for everyone else.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

Mema, I am sorry to hear about your little guy...they become so much a part of the family and have such distinctive personalities. It sounds like you had a special bond with Merlin.

As hard as it is to put a pet to sleep, it is humane to end their suffering. Do you have any story or memory of Merlin that defines his time with your family?
