I am impressed with the person they hired as a new CSR manager where I work. Too often too many of these CSR's come around "i don't know what I am doing I dont know what I am doing...help help help" "or I am sorry this is late getting here, but my boyfriend called me" or "oppsie I forgot this is on my desk....its due tomorrow morning, have a good nite bye bye".

Our vp doesn't like to be the bad guy. SO he hired someone to be the bad guy er...girl!

This new manager looks like a female version of the old pro wrestler The Crusher. she has no neck, is about 5 feet tall, 5 feet wide, about 60 yrs old and looks like she could break a brick wall with her fists. By her demeaner I am guessing she is former military. Man that face is as cold as ice. I am SURE there is going to be a housecleaning here- she DOES NOT CARE if you like her or not, if she has friends here or not- she is a bull-dog!!! I LOVE HER ALREADY!!!
