Wait, with one way glass, if you go up to the glass and cup your hands around your eyes, you can usually still see through...

They make LCD glass that when charged with electricity, the glass becomes opaque.

You could make the toilet out of that with a pressure sensure so that when someone sat on the toilet set or stood in front of it, the LCD would turn off and make the glass clear again.
