I think I missed what you believe Milwaukee means.  I thought it meant "beer infested town by stinky waste-filled lake."

I'm always reminded of this after a good rain storm.

On my daily drive over the 794 I can look out to the lake and see that nice, smelly, brown patch of water and I think "CRAPHOLE!"

Did you know that Tulsa spelled backwards is ASLUT?


does that mean that there are alot of those here?


 


I like Tulsa.  beautiful in various places and lots to do. Not mainstram like Chicago or San Francisco but just right.

I live in a city named Olathe, which according to the "Welcome to Olathe" pamphlet I received when I moved here means "beautiful" in Sioux.  I think it secretly means "land of the conjoined teepee" as it has a generous population of duplexes.
