I'm alive and well, the last few weeks have been very rough for me emotionally, as more stuff that is very painful is coming to the surface in therapy. This, along with the fact that I've been nursing a nasty pressure sore accounts for my long absence from the forum. Rest assured though, I haven't forgotten my FFR family
