allright!


last night I was at the grocery store, and I was thinkin hamburgers, but they had a good sale on beef tenderloin- and I found a 3/4 pd one, so that was perfect- not too much, not too little!


rubbed this with olive oil, garlic, thyme, black pepper and threw it on the barbecue! Can't wait for the leftovers tonight!!

I had hamburger in some organic portabello mushroom soup, added some sage, onion, salt and pepper, put it over some organic bread and had some fresh green beans boiled in butter, water, salt, and basil on the side, and it was very yummy.

If you haven't guessed, stuff that doesn't have corn starch or corn syrup in it is usually organic. Some of it's pretty good, some you just have to spice up, and then there's a few that tastes like cardboard. I'd advise against organic raisin bran. And if you like organic raisin bran, let me know, you can have the rest of the box!

Not at all. My first shot is tomorrow, and they said it would be weeks before I really notice a difference. I'm keeping a journal of how I'm feeling and such every day, so I'm hoping that will help.

It was excellent! If I have room later we are going to have cookie ice cream sandwiches from Albertsons. The brand is Essencia which I think is their brand, they are awesome!

I had a pita pocket with red lettuce, ham, and havarti cheese, a baked potato with more havarti, and some peas. During supper, I sat back and read the allergy information my doctor gave me. Apparently I shouldn't have cheese or mushrooms either. Screw it, I can't live without cheese. If I stay away from everything they tell me to stay away from, the only thing I could eat would be lettuce.

Right now I just got back from McDonalds drive thru with a double cheeseburger and a side salad, because the pasta and sauce I was going to make just didn't seem appealing. Not sure why...

I made a cheese sauce, put some mini shrimp and asparagus in it, and put it over some tri color (corn and egg free) pasta. It came out rather good.
