WANTED: 1st or 2nd Shift On Air Internet Radio DJ

In absence of our regular on-air DJ we find ourselves with a position to fill.


Must live in /near Milwaukee area or be willing to relocate at own expense. This position would be for gaining radio experience only as there will be no profit to be made. Must be a genuine people-person/animal lover. Good attendance is a must! Must be able to handle daily banter and equipment malfunctions.

I placed a few craigslist ads advertising the station, and some asking for jazz artists to send in their tracks and I will play them- and it took off like wild-fire this week. I have been communicating with about a 1/2 dozen interested jazz artists. One guy in NYC said he'd mention the show and the station on his e-mail list, and to people at his shows...in NYC! That is huge!

Yes the ad states needing a DJ. JD is in the clear. I have not yet been able to fit Sunday into my monitoring schedule but that could soon change. You never know!
