Yes to both. Friday was the first time I ate out since cutting the corn and egg whites out of my diet, and even though I was careful, I'm guessing something got through.
Although I'm not feeling as bad as I was yesterday, I'm feeling normal, which still isn't that good. I'm hoping the allergy shots and new diet will start kicking in soon.
That's the problem, I really don't know how long I've had them, I just found out thats the reason I've been feeling bad. But, some of the typical symptoms I've had since a kid, so I assume I've had them for a while.
There's 2 ways to test, a blood test and a skin test. The blood test is more expensive, but since it appears one of the allergens can break me out, it would affect the other results on the skin test, so they had to do a blood test. Insurance is taking care of it anyway.
I have allergies too, were you better when on vacation? I seem to be better in the really humid climates. I am worse in the dry areas, maybe because the allergens are more airborne?
I think it depends what you're allergic to. I was so much better on vacation. But I probably live in the worst place possible with the allergies I have. Corn allergies in Indiana? How have I not died years ago?!
yes it is very dry here, were are into about 7 years of drought conditions. Lakes are down by like 40%, stock pond are mostly dry. Pine is the worst allergy I have, and guess what is right in my yard? I have like 7 trees within 25 feet of my house.
I think it means we should both get to go on vacation at least once a month to some place tropical, so we feel great. I guess we better start shopping for a trip!
