What habits do you have, good, bad, or indifferent?
Bad Habit: I bite my nails. Well, not my nails exactly, more my cuticles. It's disgusting, and I've been really trying hard to stop.
Good Habit: I always say, "I love you," to my husband whenever I leave the house, or drop him off somewhere, or before saying goodbye on the phone. I also tell many friends and family, "I love you," before hanging up. Unfortunately, sometimes this habit transfers over to work, and I've told a client that I've loved them before. Oops!
Indifferent: When talking to people in casual conversation, if someone doesn't respond back, I'll say, "You know?" I've just recently noticed that I do this, and I'm sure it's annoying for the people around me, so I've been trying to stop. And it's usually not, "You know," it's usually all one word. Ya-know?
