Every time I try to request Ray Parker Jr- You Can't Change That -it tells me that the album is already in queue to be played. But it never played the last time and it doesn't look like it is this time either. Just for the heck of it I tried to request a different song from him and got the same thing.

Most of the Ray Parker Jr. Songs are part of the regular 80's rotation, so it probably played in the morning before the requesters showed up. I think the system is set not to replay the same song for 10 hours and the same artist for 4.
And I would have guessed that if it would have gave me the line -artist recently played -but instead it told me that the song was in queue to be played. Oh well.
