Really JD!  And you had to take him down the bumpy roads?

You know, it's not as simply as you all probably are thinking.

Us penguins can't fly, I actually had to waddle around ON JD'S CAR to do all that!

Hey JD, while I'm thinking about it, you mentioned getting a sunroof (I thought of that because there's one in the picture).

If you've had a sunroof before then ignore this, because you know the good and bad of it already.

But I don't think I'd recommend them in this state.

The car I bought from my sister has one, and I was all excited about that, but I have to tell you, in Wisconsin there seems to be only maybe 20 days a year in which I would use it.

The rest of the time it's too hot and I want the air on (and by the way, the sunroof, even though it's tinted, REALLY heats up the car and makes the air-conditioning MUCH less effective.

Plus, she had problems with hers since the day she had it installed. I can see it's been leaking, there's rust forming under the cloth on the roof. It doesn't open without a push, or close without a pull.

Just seems to be more trouble than it's worth.

I think though you can get them installed with two panels, one glass and one solid, THAT might be an option to block out the sun on really hot days.

don't do it, if you want a sunroof, its time to trade it in and get a factory one. Aftermarket always leak. FYI, aftermarket ones actually decrease book value.
