Just thought I'd share with you that I already got a call from my employer saying they found someone to take that hell drop off my hands.

VERY GOOD NEWS. But I'll have a hard time looking the poor new guy in the eye when I cross his path every night

Great! Glad you don't have that headache anymore. Penguins can be hard to see crossing the road, I wouldn't want you to get run over.
