two hours after learning he was runner-up for the 25'th man competition in the MLB all-star game, Chris Capuano went out and threw a complete game shutout to beat those loser cubbies 2-0.

WOO HOO!

Darn flatlanders were slowing me down all afternoon, taking up our freeway to come to the game.

We should turn the freeway into a tollway during cubs games and charge about $50 to pass each checkpoint!

With all due respect to any listeners that may be from Illinoize, I CAN'T STAAAAAAAAAAAND FLATLANDERS.

Stereotyping here, I KNOW there are exceptions, but in general, they're rude, they drive like idiots, they just make me NUTS. Anytime I see an illiloying plate on a car my blood pressure ratchets up about 10 points.

I hate that they come up here for their summer retreats from the boring, flat, cement based hell they live in every day.

I HATE THE BEARS, I HATE THE CUBS AND I HATE THE BULLS.

How can a big market like Chicago have such crappy teams year after year after year?

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh.

I gotta go to bed now, I think an artery just burst

I guess maybe we all just don't like our neighboard.

You know I love South Dakota.

I was even thinking while I was driving around today that if I can get my new business idea running I could EASILY run it from South Dakota. I'm pretty sure I'm going to come out there this fall and buy some land, or even a vacation house maybe.

When I get there THEN we can lock everybody else out. I was just worried you'd lock the gate before I got in

As long as I live in an area with cable I can run the station.

JD could load the software on his computer too (we'd have to buy a second license) and then he could just broadcast from home on Sunday nights!

By the way I felt that last night at Wilco too. Buncha fibs made the drive up. 1/2 the crowd seemed like a mix between Corky and like Rainman. thems not wisconsin folks. them wierdos wearing white-boy afros and amature alaskan hocky jersies. them kids in flannel although it was 85 degrees. them kids in tri-focal glasses with $80 haircuts that say I woke up this way and so need an $80 haircut to not look like I need an $80 haircut. your 82 pd weaklings looking for a fight. All fibs.

 and ruby, you knows I got no problem with the chicago ladies! its just them "I know I'm a bum but I'm from Chicago so I am better than Milwaukee" 1/2-man twits that get to us here in Milwaukee. Whenever the Cubbies are in town, I stay away from the stadium. Too many oddballs a bit too proud of their oddballness.


Oh, but Mo is ok in my book! he's fam. In fact, if we get more chicago listeners or forum members, they are immediately absolved of all these criticisms!

Sounds like fun, I cant believe you are gonna miss the Bangles. That is a no brainer, not that I wouldn't give you crap for choosing that over the shows but it would be hard to pass up.

yea that's true. it was fun to be a goofy 19 yr down there scorin beer after beer after and be a dummy. Now that I'm a bit older, these kids who do that get on my nerves after awhile. especially the FIB kids.
