Today, I switched instant messaging tools. I checked out Trillian again as I have not looked at it in a while. I see the pro version now has "Identities" which is exactly what I was looking for to solve a problem. After purchasing it, it turns out the main feature I was looking for is not yet part of it, but hopefully it will be soon, the feature request has been added.
At any rate, I am working on trying to separate my work/personal instant messaging. Until now, I've been using my work contacts for everything. I have set up new I.M. contacts for personal use. If you already have an I.M. contact for me, please change it to one from the list below. If you don't have me as a contact now, feel free to add me if you'd like. There will likely be times when I have these new personal contacts online, but not the work-related ones.
