Usually I don't care about entertainment news and celebrity gossip, but I saw a couple interesting things today.
First, as JD said yesterday, Rest In Peace Syd Barrett.
Sly Stalone has agreed to do another Rocky movie. I have to wonder if his body is up for that.
Also interesting, no one has seen Suri Cruise (Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' baby) yet. With the way Tom has been hoggin the publicity lately, that seems odd. He's not exactly the type that I would expect to want to keep his kid out of the spotlight. So I have to wonder why no one has seen her yet. Some sort of Scientology thing maybe?
My fm radio station does "Hollywood Quickies" every morning. They were saying that before Katie had the baby that she didn't look pregnant. Now they are saying that she does.

Now there's a possibility I hadn't considered. Maybe the baby is black or latino...
Also along the same celebrity gossip, they plan to have a Scientologist wedding this month. Katie's parents are refusing to attend because it's not a Catholic wedding.
i heard that most of the time Tom is doing his best to keep her parents away. But yeah they should go. I know that it was hard for me when my family didn't approve of who I was seeing.

i think she's marrying him because they have a baby together the moral upbringing (catholic) has a lot to do with it. the mentality that okay, you got pregnant now you have to get married or you will go to hell.

But a divorce isn't going to send her to hell? I think she's young and naive and is being controlled by Tom. This is going to be a disaster for her later.
yes, exactley (not that she is going to hell either way). when she does finally figure that out, she will get a divorce...
poor girl, either way looks emotionally trying for her. that's why her family should support her and be there for her...

I agree, they should be there. But at the same time, what does a Scientologist wedding entail? Does it include anything weird like the birth did? I have to wonder if this is just the media's spin; Are they refusing to come, or are they not allowed to come?
