Riggs, short dark hair,  brown eyes, about 5 ft 11, smiles alot

Ooooooooooooh, close but no cigar.

blonde hair down to my buttocks region, which isn't really all that long because I'm only 3 feet tall I was born without irises, just pupils, so I kind of got a Cartoon Nancy look going on up there When I was a kid I had all my teeth replaced with Candy Corn, so I never smile anymore

Well, you got the height just about right on. Although I swear I was 6' 1" at one time, but I think I shrunk because last time I tried measuring myself I was 6' even.

My hair when it's grown in (still suffering from the buzz cut, probably will be until fall) is short and dark in the winter, although a lot of people tell me it's lighter than I think it is. My old business partner swore I had blonde hair but there's no way it's blonde. I think it just gets a little lighter in summer.

And yes, I'm pretty much always smiling. For whatever reason I'm always pretty upbeat and happy. I think I might have fallen out of bed as a child and done some brain damage.

Now what about Woo? She didn't confirm your description. Woo? Hit or miss?

Hazel. My eyes are hazel too. Believe it or not, they even change color with my mood. When I'm happy, they're brown. When I'm upset, they are bright green.
