Ok no more Monday! Is everybody better? Sparky-take care of that hairball yet? We had quite the storm last night. I had a total lightening storm for my drive home. I don't know if I mentioned this before, but I am terrified of t-storms. So it was not pleasant. The closer we got to home the more intense the storm became. We heard on the radio that the intersection right by our house was without power so we worried about whether we had power. We did which I was happy about. The storm was pretty much over by the time we went to bed. Have a great.................

are you sure monday is over? I don't feel like I slept at all, first it was little A then Sparky was snoring, then little A again, thunderstorm, time for Sparky to get up, Sparky left and then sirens from ambulance and police start. I gave up and got up.  Have a good day

good morning, y'all!  i wish it would snow.....  looking forward to 103 today with a heat index of one gazillion three...  plus or minus a degree.  one more day and a half to play until THE MAN comes back.

Morning all!

Humidity is gone. Temps are down. But only for a day from what I heard, so I'm gonna have to enjoy this day!

I've learned the one negative to not posting as much during the day is that the backlog of threads to read gets HUGE!

I kept stopping in yesterday afternoon and night, but didn't want to take the time to catch up then. Now I just spent 30 minutes JUST READING OLD POSTS!

Hey! I'm not complaining!

It's great! I'm just kind of suprised how addicting it really can be! For a long time I think I stayed fairly immune to it, but the last few months I find it's nearly impossible not to stop on here every hour or so!

I mean, almost the first thought in the morning is to check in, then throughout the day I'm constantly thinking "I wonder what so and so said to that one comment so and so made" so I'm stopping in to check.

Heck, even if I'm watching TV, I'll usually come in here during a commercial to see if someone said something interesting.

Then there's always the hope you'll come in and find someone that hasn't been around in a long time is on the forum.

Finally, before bed it's a GIVEN that I gotta check one last time to see what's up.
