I'm definitley keeping my job at Sprint. I love what I do, and let's face it... I want to be sure I have a good source of income. They take really good care of me.  My boss and my co-workers have been super supportive of me in all this. I couldn't ask for better.

As another practical issue, I need the medical insurance.  While I'm in good health, Kevin is still on my insurance and he is an insulin dependent diabetic. He definitely can't afford to keep himself going without the insurance.

I am hoping we can work some things out.  I think he knows he screwed up really bad.  The girlfriend was basically a gold digging beotch.  She saw him coming from a mile away and took full advantage.  Sure, she agreed to put up her house as collateral for the business.  Didn't matter to her... it was in foreclosure and was scheduled to be sold within 16 days of signing the security agreement.  She figured he would buy her out of the foreclosure. From what he tells me, she was all over him to hurry up and divorce me because "If anything happens to you, the business will revert to Michele.  I can't have that happen."  She was also all about him getting a big life insurance policy.  Of course she wanted to be the designated beneficiary.  Did I mention to you that her first husband committed suicide?  Second husband divorced her.  Yep... princess (hehehehe... she's 51 yrs old!!) sure was a fabulous find NOT!!!

On the up side, I did get ownership of the nice new vending machine she put here in the lobby. I guess she owned a few of them at some point.  Kevin was going to offer to pay her $1500 for it or exchange that for the about 11 hours worth of repair work her car needs.  I had a better idea... I suggested she park her car up her backside and that she could either come get her vending machine immediately or she could hand over the keys and forget she ever owned it. Either way, once done she should fall in a hole and never be seen or heard from again.  You would be surprised how reasonable a person gets when you have them on a felony fraud charge.  She even brough up a plastic tub full of extra chips and snack items for the machine.

I'm hoping she has the decency to just stay away.  I've made absolutely no effort to contact her.  As far as I'm concerned, my business with her has been concluded and so has Kevin's.  He says he feels the same way. 

I have her address and phone number, but I have no interest in seeing or speaking to her.  She called me to tell me about herself back when Kevin was living with her because she was mad at him for saying that he wanted to come back to me. (She knew he hadn't told me about them.)  She insisted upon retrieving her personal property from the shop while I was here, and made a point of asking Kevin to be sure I was going to be here.  She even showed up on my doorstep at 10:30 PM, beating on my front door, the day Kevin moved into the guest room.  I believe she has been trying to instigate a physical confrontation with me. I'm not taking the bait, though every fiber of my being is screaming open a can of whoop arse on her.  Her late night visit to my home did net her a good scare.  It was late and dark... I was not expecting anyone... under those circumstances I don't answer the door unarmed. 

If she gets crazy with me, Pambo and Doug know where to find her address and phone numbers so they can point the police to the most likely suspect. She actually did threaten legal action against Kevin saying that he owed her $800 for what she personally invested into the business bank account, but I have proof that she was paid a total of $2500 during the time she was here. I think she changed her mind on pursuing that when it became apparent to her that messing with me further will net her a felony arrest.
