For the MTV first hour link!!! that is all I wanted to see, I don't (snicker) PAY to watch tv.


I had NO idea this would be online, I just wanted to remember that first hour and my life from 25 yrs ago. I view this as a wonderful gift. thank you!!

Mz its sooooo great isn't it!?!?!? oh how cheesy!!! WHO Rocked!!! I loved that song. everybody was all "there isn't any Keith Moon, it will SUCK!!!" Little Suzies on the Up- Who was that!?!?


that was great. commercials and everything. I remember that MT Dew Commercial. Everyone had Dew Back then. THE STICKER!!! The fact that you could tune your stereo in to the tv! Great memories. thank you!

I know! Did you notice the number of jumpsuits?! It's delightfully terrible! I remember we had the MTV sticker for our stereo!! In fact, I remember having MTV on the stereo but the commercials on the tv and stereo being different.

you have a great memory! that I do not recall!! I just remember my cousin's messing around with the cable box and the stereo to get it on, and my uncle being all freaked out they were going to break something or get electrocuted!! I had to bike over there to watch MTV. we didn't get cable at my house until 1985!!!
