Hey Woo. Here's that lime-ice recipe I was talking about yesterday.
2 T grated lime zest
3/4 c lime juice
1 c sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1 3/4 cup water
Pour mixture into metal bowl, place in freezer for 45 minutes. Stir thoroughly, tne twice more at 15 minute intrvals, or pour mixture into ice-cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
I scoop mine out like a sno-cone, put it in a small juice glass, and add a shot of tequila. It's a great way to have single serving margaritas without having to do a whole blender's worth at a time.
You could try downloading FireFox and using that instead of Explorer. It would be a work around, not a fix, but then you'd be able to post.
That sounds so good!!! And I'm sure I could make some simple syrup instead of using corn syrup. Hm, maybe I should head back to the grocery store for a lime...
