Be careful of e-cards!

There's a virus being sent around as an "E-Card". I've gotten two of them in the last two days but luckily my Anti-Virus stopped them.

It starts out like this

You received an "Original Card" from

And then there's a name at the end. Luckily NEITHER of them were names of anybody I knew, so I figured there was something fishy. But if it had been a name I recognized I might have opened it.

I get scared of some of the spam I get at the jazz address riggs- I got an e-card mail today too and I just deleted it pronto!

Today, I've been getting popups on my screen that my antivirus (NOD32) was giving a username/password error when trying to update. I went to their site to see if there was any news about any problems. Then I thought that it has been about a year since I started using this antivirus. I checked, and it had expired.

I think this is an excellent antvirus product, but I would have thought they'd have sent me a renewal notice or made the popup say it was expired rather than just "Username/Password Error".

I know a few of you have taken my advice and are using NOD32. If you start getting that error, you might check and see if its time for you to renew too.
