There are 2 places in town here in milwaukee where I really like a mojito with dinner! Twisted Fork and this other place in Bay View- the name escapes me right now- but mojitos rock!

No kidding. I had my first mojito in Anaheim of all places. Been hooked ever since. I don't make them myself but if a place has them forget it! I had quite a few of them at the Clubhouse in Oak Brook on Friday. What is your favorite part- the mint, the lime, or the rum? I love the mint. But if it is too minty- fake mint overkill- then it sucks.  Gotta be the right combo, don't ya think?

oh I agree- the mint! reminds me of the best part of mint-julep!  which sounds like such a wimpy drink, unless one visits new orleans!
