from the grill- just ketchup, mustard, and a cheese other than american- pepperjack is really good.


from anywhere else- it varies, but usually no mayo or any of that sauce that's like 1000 island and ketchup mixed....

Thick slice of melted cheese, Colby Jack, Swiss, American, Cheddar etc... And a bit of plain ole yellow mustard and onions.  Cooked on the grill to Medium.......

from happy burger (local burger joint) naked w/ mayo only.


otherwise, tortilla burger with mayo, extra sharp cheddar, avocado, shredded lettuce and roasted green chile (hatch green chile, not anaheim).

Oh DS..... of course you hit it that is 100% great topping for a burger!!  I forgot all about Avocado sliced on the burger!!!  That is so good too.  I never have avocado readily available at home to do that.  But I've had it at restaurants and it is soooo good!!!

I agree with JD anything but mayo or "special sauce" goes.
