I'm here now.

I had to practice my bass for a while. I got a new song to learn by Sunday.

Our pianist has a Clavanova at home and anything I don't have on CD, she records for me as mp3's and sends them to me. Tonight, while practicing, I decided to record myself on top of her playing and came up with AN MP3 of this song called "Offering".

I'm a little rough yet. Missed a couple notes and timing is not right on, but not terrible for just picking it up tonight.

I used to go to a fantastic pentecostal church where I used to live...we had a fabulous worship group - some highly musically gifted people - it was great and very conducive to worshipping...I find it all very moving...

A) It wasn't meant as a shot at JD, it was meant as a shot at the station as a whole.

2) I was saying 11 OTHER listeners, as in OTHER than forum members, which is probably a very accurate count on the weekends.

C) I'm always telling JD how great it is that he's got an audience of a decent size now, so I feel no guilt
