I haven't been able to fall asleep tonight. Been trying for at least 4 hrs. dang it. Not sure what's up with that. Just shot my boss on e-mail for a sick day. I might not be around much once the coma finally sets in. crap.

I even took some valarium too....and when that doesn't knock me out, I am fuzzy-headed for hours in a sort of semi-conscious state. hate that....

my grandmother has had chronic sleep problems for years and years. I wonder if its a gene I inhereted from her......

Poor JD, I know how you feel Buddy, it was a long sleepless night for me too. I kept thinking about going back to work today and whats going to be piled up on my desk when I get there. I doubt I'll be around much today.

I did finally between like 9:30 and right now. I think I would  have been ok if the valarian would have worked and knocked me on my butt. WHen it doesn't work I am just groggy and spacy for hours....lol I want it to be done tryin to work!


but this is a good oppournunity to have a day to organize paperwork and stuff at home! go through clothes for good-will etc....need a day like that every once in awhile.
