What karaoke songs have u done?

I've done this song- Lisa Stansfield's "Been around the world" after a few drinks for karaoke.

Ummm, NONE!

Though I might if I had enough J&C in me and there werent' too many people in the bar.

I did sing meatloafs "I would do anything for love" above the sound of the jukebox once at a bar when I was a bit tanked. Even did the meatloaf eyes for everyone. It got me leihed! You know? Those Hawian Leihs? Some girl at the bar put one around my neck while I was singing.

At first I thought she liked me, then she started tightening the leih

Nice try! I'll be getting leighed pretty soon. If I don't when I get off the plane I'll be real mad. I mean, who can't get leighed in Hawaii?

 When me and the boys was hearding longhorns out Mon-tan way we would serenade them at nite .  The heard seemed a bit partial to  ' I ride an old paint ' ,  'Long Black Vail ' and ' Bury me not on the lone prarie .


  'ceptin one nite when Shorty McFee got drunk and sang 'Ring of Fire ' , them steers spooked and we had a helluva stampede .  Cattle went every direction with near all never to be seen again.  Now we just be singing the blues , mostly to ourselves thou, not many people out Mon-tan way to hear ya.

I won't do kareoke. many a fine bar has been ruined by this. One time years ago, I was sittin their minding my own drink and my own business when some folks came up to me wanting $4 for a cover charge, not for a band, but because the kareoke was starting in and hour....I told them under no uncertain circumstances could they pay me enough to stay and suffer that....they left me alone, and sure enough by the time the first forest gump got up there, I left that place in 3 notes or less.....

Heck a couple of beers and I'll sing about anything, I usually do a lot of early Elvis songs, but have ventured out and done a little  Jerry Lee and Buddy Holly. I threw my knee out trying to do the Elvis leg boogie one time.

I know I don't sound good when I do karaoke but it is fun once in awhile. I do like to have a few drinks first- stiff ones! My friend and I did "Hit me w/ your best shot," too.

My ex did a fabulous Billy Joel "Piano Man" in Lesvos...and in Portugal, Mark did a great "Peggy Sue" -Buddy Holly.


That inspired the kids to have a go too. Martha did "Get the Part Stated by Pink.....she was ace. After I took photos I heard everyone burst out laughing and she was bright red, I looked on the screen and a certain "Ass" word was and asterixed out....she'd sung it anyways lol... as she was a young 8 I was somewhat embarrassed


Browni also sang, a Steps song, "Reach for the Stars" - no embarassing moments there thank God

Unless you're going with a particular package group or something, someone has to buy it for you.  (I was disappointed when I found that out the hard way...  I figured it'd be like "Fantasy Island" or something.)
