Hey Lady Strange..

After going on that site you shared I got the inspiration to incorporate metal into my workout tonight. Usually I workout to pop 80s stuff. So, I whipped out some older cds I burned of hair metal bands and was pleasantly suprised at what I haven't heard in awhile- maybe you haven't either?:
1) G&R- You COuld Be Mine
2) I Hate Kissing You Goodbye- ?
3) Kiss My Love Goodbye
4) Smooth Up in Ya- Slaughter
5) Gave Me Your Heart
6) You Can Still Rock in America- N.R.?
7) Tora Tora- Phantom Rider
8) Love Can Make You Blind

Working out!!

I'll tell ya, this weekend the landlady was gone so I could crank the music WAY UP. I had the two best days I've had in months. When the music is loud enough you can absolutely lose yourself in it. I LOVE IT!

Is your land-lord-lady older? Does she know you have FFR? How can we set her straight and let you listen louder?

Well, it never used to be a problem because SHE HAD A FRIGGIN' JOB! The womans been unemployed for nine months now so she's always home.

i warned her when she was gonna be home that I'd play the music loud while I exercised, and she's pretty cool about it. But I only turn the amp up to about 55 to be courteous. When she's gone it's up to 80 (which is Max)

Cool, WAAY - Metal is wonderful to work out to.  I - will- never- understand why instructors think techno is inspiring.  Never.

Anyway, nice selection!

"I Hate Kissing You Goodbye" is Tuff
"Kiss My Love Goodbye" - by L.A. Guns?  If you like L.A. Guns, I had sent Riggs "Never Enough" & it's on the Request list.  So there's that & "Ballad of Jayne".
"Smooth Up in Ya" - Slaughter.  I think you mean Bullet Boys.
5) Gave Me Your Heart (By who?)
6) You Can Still Rock in America- N.R.?  Yup, Night Ranger
7) Tora Tora- Phantom Rider.  Good band.  I saw them live years ago.
8) Love Can Make You Blind (By who?)

I am not sure who sings Love Can Make You Blind but it is a slow to medium paced love song- and "Gave Me Your Heart" is definitely by Slaughter- I think?! I'm in a metal mood lately. Someone is playing good stuff....
