At my last stop on the first part of my route I parked in the parking lot and was heading through an alley to the service entrance of a building.
In the alley was an average looking guy, just standing there playing the bagpipes. I mean a FULL SET OF BAGPIPES. I threw him a little wave and he kind of acknowledged by raising his eyebrows toward me.
I went in the building, got on the elevator and went to the 7'th floor to get my signature. This takes less than 2 minutes, the elevator is RIGHT by the rear entrance and the counter where I get my signature is RIGHT off the elevator.
So in about 2 minutes I'm heading back outside and the guy is gone, nowhere to be found. I can see about 2 blocks in any direction and he's nowhere. He must have gotten a ride. Or maybe he works in the building and likes to play bagpipes on his break instead of smoke.
