No, I've had lotsa good days. Just a flare up, I guess. More steroids & double meds. Should do the trick. Just hasn't kicked in yet. It's only been a few days this time...but I HATE waiting.

Hubby's good. Cruise...postponed indefinitely. His company just got bought out by a nationwide company. Now he's got to learn how to be a REAL manager...or at least one of THEIR managers anyway. He's taking training classes & going out of town to conferences. He's in Chicago this week. It was Scottsdale, AZ last week. Travelling is pretty stressful for him. And...well...stress isn't good for his lupus. I guess we'll see how this goes for him.

I'm okay. Since the surgery, I have had many good days. In fact, the boy told me that the surgery was the best thing that happened to our family because I was up & doing stuff. I had all this new found energy after all the swelling went down. I even went to the gym...which by the way, I still hate...but I went. Then, last Friday ALL the pains started again (I'd had occasional pains but not ALL of them). My husband has even suggested that I have the surgery again (on some people it doesn't work the first time). I'm afraid of that though.

I dunno. Maybe I just need a left-sided face transplant.

No. He never mentioned that. He expected that the surgery would clear up all my problems forever. Only 5% of this type of surgery doesn't work...figures. I'm always in the wrong 5%...
