We still haven't gone shopping so I gotta go pick up some fast food. Hubby got stuck in a meeting so he just grabbed some food from the snacks in the office.

I gotta go to the post office, so I'm stopping at one of the few restaurants I can eat at to pick something up. But they change their menu every day, so I hope they have something good.

I have another Wholesaler lunch to go to today, so I am having a G4 Big Dipster from the Colonial House Restaurant, basically it's a Philly and swiss.

I really wish I just was able to get Thumper's lunch images to materialize! I'm hungry and them foods looked yummy! Instead I will probably end up with Burger King or something.

I'm the exact opposite. If I'm mad, I'm not hungry. If I'm sad, I eat everything in sight.

Right now I'm pretty content. So I got spinach fettucine with ala king cream sauce. It's quite yummy.

LOL, I didn't think of that!!!! I would guess this is boxed pasta that was made with spinach long before the whole ecoli thing. At least I hope so.

Isn't it severe stomach and intestinal irritation? . . . I believe it starts there and then gets worse.

I'm not sure though.

The symptoms are a result of toxins or bacterial invasion into the intestine. The incubation period (the time it takes for the germ to cause illness) is 24 - 72 hours. Certain types of E. coli infection are associated with hemolytic uremic syndrome, a disease marked by destruction of the red blood cells, drastic decrease in the platelets, and acute kidney failure.
