woah I did not know it was a one hour commute for you ruby!


I was just thinkin how workin out is somethin to get out of the house and do a couple nights a week instead of sittin here falling asleep cuz its dark out at 7:30 at night.....yea, that's it!

By the time I drop E off at daycare and get to work it can take almost an hour- depending on how many forgot how to drive that day!

Well, today has started out better than the previous two days. Well, except for the fact that I'm out of cereal, milk, and caramel syrup (for my coffee), and I don't get paid until Friday. So, I guess I'm having plain coffee and a Power Bar.

Here. I'm tired. I was up until 12:30 or so trying to help hubby finish up his essay for the class he has today. He was not slacking. He wrote this over the weekend but when I typed it up for him we discovered that it wasn't long enough. So we had to work on the filler last night. We had no time in between. I have payroll to submit today if I ever get the corrections that I need. Have a great........

No this is pure work-related. It's called leadership training. They are preparing him to be able to step to his next position. Our executive Director is and has been very ill. If something happens or he steps down, positions will have to change.

Happy Wednesday.

I have some activity around here. The shop/office is out of city limits and is serviced by the rural power company. They are redoing al the electrical and putting it underground. So for the next 3 weeks or so, I'll have a bunch of guys around here working on that, digging holes, pulling cable, etc. At least it will give me something different to watch for a few days.

Breakfast aside, today is turning out better than yesterday. We have a company that I absolutely hate to work with, but that it's my responsibility to be the main contact with. I've been joking for a while that I'm taking up a collection for bail for when I go take this company out.

Today, our president forwards me a newsletter from this company asking me if I want it or if it will just make my ulcers burn. I replied that no, I don't want it, but I'm still looking for donations for bail. He replied back to go for it, that they've budgeted for bail money.

Nice day here. Beautiful day here really.

Landlady called yesterday and said shes out of town until Sunday.

That means I get's to blast my music for FIVE DAYS. But it also means I gotta get out there today and cut the lawn, so I best be gettin' started on that! (maybe a lil' breakfast first tho.)
