Makes me think of one of my favorite lines from the Blues Brothers, when they're chasing down Jake & Elwood for the big finale and the dispatcher comes over the radios in all the cops cars and say "Use of excessive force in the apprehension of the Blues Brothers... (dramatic pause)... Has BEEN authorized"
