Morning. Today was the first day of trying to incorporate exercise into my morning routine. It did not go well. I did get some exercise but it is probably better to be awake when trying to work with equipment. I'm chalking up this morning to a learning experience. I will try again tomorrow.

Yes, it is Monday.

I'm pretty tired and a little sore from the last three days of work I've been doing.

It's damp and 59° now. Looking for a high of 68°, so its not going to change much. Only supposed to get up to 40 on Wednesday so we better enjoy the nice days we have left.

Nah Darlene, I just worked harder out in the woods for two days than I've EVER worked at my job

I went up to help my uncle clear some land he bought. I ache all over right now Even though I've been exercising like a mad-man and feeling pretty good the last year, I guess you use different muscles when you're chopping, hauling and chipping wood than you do on a treadmill and exercise bike
