good, morning!  had to bring jake with me to work this am.  he has football practice the afternoon...  one of the downfalls of living in the sticks


today will be very autumn -- 60* and light wind.

Happy Thoisday indeed!

I was shocked when I logged in last night around 11ish to find that there were still THREE posts from Monday at the bottom of the first page!

I can't remember the last time the first page wasn't all new posts by noon!

Seems like we're all very busy lately! It's probably only going to get worse with the holidays coming up.

Speaking of which, I REALLY need to start my shopping. I'm usually done by October 31'st, and this year I haven't even started!

Every year I have good intentions to start Christmas shopping in October. Every year, I do my Christmas shopping the week before Christmas.

i've been making my idea list. 


funds are very limited this year, but my fondest Christmas' have been those when we were financialy "impaired".

It's the one thing about the holiday's I can't stand.  Shopping!!  I wish I had money, I had ideas on what to buy, and the holiday spirit.  I haven't had any of these things in years.

The thing that drives me nuts is the "Ideas".

I love to shop for gifts for people, but all the people I shop for are adults and if they want something they buy it themselves. So I never know what to get them.

I wish I had some kids on my list to buy for, they're FUN to shop for! They like EVERYTHING, they have NOTHING, and you have an excuse to play with the toys too!!!
