I am so glad my hubby went to get E early for me. I was stuck in traffic and did not get home til 6. They were leaving when I got there. Our cul de sac had a mini block party, so no one would have to cook or clean. They had saved me pizza, but I had to scarf and run. It started out about 25 of us, but by the end of the first stretch, it was 10 of us, and then the next street over it was 6 of us. E has a nice wagon, as did the other lady we went with. That is the ticket btw! We walked for an hour and a half.

Anyway the only bummer- only got pictures from this am. It was too dark and then we went off and I left it by accident.

Oh and E had to pee and we were about two blocks away and she kept asking, so the grandma that I was with ask someone if we could borrow theirs! I took in hedr though when they agreed. I felt ackward, but was glad that I lived in a neighborhood that I could do that in. The house was very clean too!

Then, we ran out of candy at 7:30. I bought 7 bags! He must have been generous, but also, the neighborhood was crawling with outsiders. People lined their cars along the road and swarmed our neighborhood.

The forces are against me, but I am still smiling E had a blast and it was what I wanted it to be! I am talkative huh?

Aw, that's great, I love Halloweens like that. Last night, we got 4x the trick or treaters we got last year...... Which means we got a total of 4 trick or treaters this year. One was a 6 week old that her mom was taking around and getting her picture with all of the neighbors. She was so cute! Then there was the group of kids that live a few doors down from us. I think we were their last house. I gave them a full size Reeses Cups and Hershey's bar each. As they were walking away, I heard one say, "That's the best house ever!" That made me feel good.

(Yes, I bribe kids with candy...)
