It truly was one of the best concerts I have seen in a long time. It was at the Loud American Roadhouse in Sturgis, Max capacity is 400 and the place was sold out. A friend of mine won VIP tickets and passes so we were up in the Fox Den for about an hour before the show with the DJ's. They had a bar and food up there for us. I have seen Poison twice and had backstage passes last time in 98. It was ok but it was in a civic center so there were about 4000 people last time. This time I was touching the stage and at any given time if I wanted to I could have reached out and tugged on Brets pant leg. (not that I wanted to sorry Thump)

I did shake his hand a couple of times and got the thumbs up after he stuck the mic in my face and I belted out a few lines from Nothing but a Good Time. He did it to me twice through out the night. THe next with Talk Dirty to Me. I was honored because noone else got the thumbs up or a repeat mic shoving!

Kind of strange when you think about it.....I shook Bret's hand....He shook Pamela Anderson and Heather Locklear's.....well you get the picture! That whole 6 degrees of seperation thing works funny doesn't it?
