Hi my FFR friends.  I just want to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving.  And have a safe trip if traveling anywhere.  I am home today cooking a 22 lb bird, and I will be thinking of you all when we give thanks today.

Happy Belated Thanksgiving all!

I'm guessing JR had the seafood buffet at the casino for thanksgiving...

Thanks to my wonderful grandma, there was enough food yesterday that I could eat, that I got stuffed too! I even brought some turkey home. You know, that's sounding pretty good about now...

Happy belated Thanksgiving to all.  I'm honored to be part of this community.  I didn't get to check in on Thanksgiving because I was cooking the family dinner.  I got up at a quarter til 6 and started right off.  I believe it was about 9PM before everything was cleaned up.  Had a great time with the family.  Pambo and her gang even joined us which I am please to say was really fun.  I was sort of worried as this was the first time she had been around Kevin since that mess over the summer.  She didn't even try to jab him in the eye with a fork.

I almost forgot to share the cute thing from Thanksgiving... My granddaughter Miah... Apparently her mom was trying to get her to go to sleep Wednesday night using Thanksgiving as a bribe... Anna told her, "You need to go to sleep now. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Do you know what Thanksgiving brings?"  Miah gets all excited like she does... so much so she is physically shaking... and says, "Yeah!  Thanksgiving brings cupcakes and chocolate and spoons and onions!"
