Dip recipe

We had a party on Monday and one of the ladies brought a crock pot filled with this awesome and EZ dip:

I lb of ground beef or sausage (we had breakfast sausage and it was good!)
one can of Rotel
one 8 oz block of cream cheese

mix the ingredients and heat through, serve with tortilla chips.
I think ground beef would be good too and of course the crock pot is not necessary, it just kept it warm all day.

This is even better when you use the "hot" Rotele!  It adds a little kick to it!

I bought a MINI crock pot at Bed Bath and Beyond and it's perfect for keeping dips warm. It was only like $12 too.  Like this little one here on the right of the picture.
