Morning all. Never made it to the car wash this weekend- they were closed early yesterday. Anyway I am driving to our office luncheon, so I need to leave early and try again and be late for work. Probably won't do much all day but goof off!

Its going to be a little cooler here today. about 55. but nice all the same. Gotta work all week long. . Still have not put up the Christmas tree. But all my shopping is done! Woo hoo!!!

Hello all! Well it's a payroll week so most likely will be busy. The Christmas party weekend was a little disappointing for me but overall I guess it went well. Friday night my husband had a good time. He got wasted and sang karaoke in one of the hotel rooms all night! Now everyone knows that he can't sing. My sister's boyfriend taped some of it and then embarrassed him during the actual party on Saturday. I could not get drunk for the life of me! Not even a buzz! And boy did I try. I was mixing what I was drinking and everything. My husband also could not get a buzz on Saturday but that's because of how much he drank the night before. On a good note- I got $100 for perfect attendance. I expected my envelope to be empty since I heard that they were going to remove me from the list even though I earned it.

yeah I'm gonna have to have some shots in my room before going to the party! The drinks were outrageous at the cash bar for what you got. Seriously wondering if there was any alcohol in them!!

Hey Woo! dont feel bad


 


I missed my company Chirstmas party hthat was giving away X BOXs, Hi def Tvs, trips and gift cards. etc. 


Instead I went to my family christmas party and with the exception of about 6 people. I did not know the rest and it was pretty much. eat; presents; leave in that order. everybody was there by 3 or 4 and was gone by 615 or so. it sucked.


I went out and got drunk instead and danced the night away

Howdy Folks,

The Christmas projects I'm making are looking good. I put the final coat of lacquer on Saturday. I'll give them a couple more days to air out and then get one of them sent off.

It looks like we've made progress on the dog and her vomiting issue. Our vet put her on some pills that are supposed to help relax her stomach so it will empty easier. She's been on those for 10 days and hasn't thrown up once. Yay! She acts like she's feeling a little better too.

Its the final crunch week before Christmas. Gotta get busy, busy, busy!

wow!  this is quite the turnout we have going on this mornin'!  sorry to hear that you didn't get crawled out at the party woo!  you ought to show up here friday for eggnog and or rum & coke   this was my anniversary weekend and it was actually very nice.  i didn't plan a thing, hubby did.  that in itself made it great!  this is the first time in four years since we've been on a date w/o a kid in tow...

ha ha! If only I had the power! No separate bartender, was just whoever runs it for the hotel. My friend went up and ordered one of the specials and the person didn't even know how to make it without looking it up!

I made it! Two hours late- got the car washed, wrapped my office gifts and got gas. Now we are getting ready to go to a two hour lunch!


What did you all do DS?

hi ruby!  hubby and i went to outback had a couple magaritas, then took in mel gibsons new movie.  it wasn't FANTASTIC, but i think it's worth the see.  then we went home and well, drank a bottle of wine and.....................................................................................................
