It looks like we might try this. I don't know who "we" is/are. First it will need to be formatted to fit your screen. Look for more tomorrow. (01.03.06)
I also think that we should come up with a new name that matters to the FFR people. (that and I don't want to be busted for copyright stuff!)
The more I think about it... if someone has the energy. I really can't devote the time. It's not for a day or a week... it's forever. You alter the way you live to keep it off. I'd be willing to put what I know in to the hat. (God, I'm selfish!)
Sorry,
Squonk

i believe that biggest loser is the reality tv show where a group of overweight people compete to lose the most weight in a given period of time. i've never seen it, so i'm not sure of how it's played. i think most of us here on ffr have mentioned that we would like to drop a few inches.

I'm not really going for losing weight as much as lifestyle changes and keeping myself alive. If I happen to lose a few pounds in the process, great! So I'll join in, I just don't expect or aim to win.
By the way, I've used Spark People before. It's a free weight loss website, and it's organized pretty well. I like the meal and exercise trackers, they help with calorie counting. And they help me keep a food journal so I can refer to it whenever I have an allergic reaction to something. (If you use that link, it'll give me credit for the referral.)
Awesome! I created an FFR team and sent you guys an invitation. I'm not sure what teams do yet, I've never joined one, but I figured now would be the time to try it out.
Weew! that gets me off the hook for leading it. It should be cool. I will look in to it. I'm signed on weight watchers. I also agree about the babystep concept. Way to many people do it full out and drop off the excersise and eating too fast. Excuses come up. I always leave a couple days open in case I have to shift my work out to a different day or time. One of my favorite things to tell people, don't come home and eat, come home and work out then, eat. The food will still be there and I bet you will actually be hungry! I catch myself stuffing my face for no reason other than I'm tired.

Then you can count me in!
I didn't have a scale either Ultimo, I just guessed for now, I'll get real reading tomorrow and "edit" if I had to.
I'm going to sign up, too. Need all the help I can get. I've done Weight Watchers, it works and is a good plan. Just went back to my old ways. This should be fun and good encouragement.
28 connections, 187 views. How ya doin' I ate like a PIG this weekend. Friends stayed over, drinks and food very abundant. I was feeling like I needed to let go. I will see what the scale says tomorrow a.m.!

So do you go with the dark chocolate M&Ms, since dark chocolate is supposed to be healthy for you? {{lol}} That justification has worked for me once or twice...
