Actually, the past couple of days, I've noticed the Forum boxes coming up very very slowly, and when I'd go to type something into the Search for requests, my old things weren't in there anymore. Like before if I typed in "Su", anything I ever searched for in the past like "Survivor" would show.
OK, let me try & figure this out.

This only works for me a small percentage of the time. I know sometimes I mess them up - I'll leave an extra space in there or something, but other times the formula is perfect, and it still doesn't work!
Are there some jpgs or websites that just don't "take" with this formula? (And don't laugh at me - this is a serious question)

Some websites do not allow "hot linking" to their graphics. That means, they won't let images display if the link to it did not come from certain allowable sites. If that is the case, you didn't code anything wrong, the site where the image is, won't let it load.
Years ago, when bandwidth was an expensive item, hot linking was a way of saving your own bandwidth. By linking to photos on other sites, the bandwidth for the photos was paid for by the site where the image was, not your own. It made people angry. Now, bandwidth is so cheap that its not really an issue, but more of a "get your own graphics and quit stealing mine" kind of thing.
I read a story about a year ago where a bank was hot linking one of its main graphics on its site's home page. The other site owner asked them to stop but they didn't, so he replaced the graphic with a porn picture.
The bank went a couple days displaying this porn image on their home page before they realized what happened.
