We are going to my grandmother's for the final Christmas gathering. My aunt always spends Christmas with her in-laws and then comes back here on New Year's weekend for Christmas with us. We got snowed out last weekend so it is today.
Then tonight, we have my wife's work Christmas party. I hear rumors of prime rib.

And don't worry about belated Christmas dinners...we have here in Australia a weird tradition of having Christmas in July so we can experience some of the tradtional foods served at Christmas...too stinking hot here to eat hot food on the actual day so we have it in our Winter months!
Morning all. My teen had a sleepover at church last night. The s are preparing a bruncheon this morning for the "special" women in each of their lives. My daughter invited my mom, me and someone else to be announced this morning. It's always yummy: breakfast casserole, fruit, and pastries of some sort.
Good morning! It is absolutely everybody come to the Econo Lube right at 8AM day! I had like 10 people in here at one time. Not complaining... it is money walking in the door, but that was crazy!! I gather it is because the Chiefs are in the playoff game today so everybody is trying to get their stuff done early. GO CHIEFS! (though I actually bet against them!)

Good morning Jules, Mad, TN, Web...good morning to all! How odd, I awoke to a Baptist group ringing my doorbell and wanting to talk about God. It was just then that I realized I had slept more than 12 hours! I must have needed it because of having been ill. Anyway, happy weekend everyone!
