Thank you for posting this!  Fun fun fun!  I figured I coulda done better if I mulled over them for 5 or 6 hours, but ya know - life moves on!  So I'm very embarrassed - I missed 2 really easy ones, just by plugging in the word without thinking hard.

SPOILER ALERT HERE:

For "Missing You" I said "Broken heart" instead of "Frozen heart"

And for INXS I said "Makes you wonder how the other half lives" instead of "dies"  and DUH!

And one I honestly did have right, but my spelling was off by one letter.  Type-o got me, dog gone it.  Did anyone get The Eagles right, and if so, how many points was it worth? - I'm curious.

Lady Strange - Oooooo....I am SUCH and Eagles fan! {{lol}} the Eagles song answer was colitas, and it was worth 10 points by itself (must be a hard one).

You can see all the answers by clicking on the Read the Cheat Sheet link, if anyone didn't know that. My final score...84.5! I know, I'm a product of the 80's. {{lol}} Funny to even remember these songs so well... {{lol}}

It is hard!  When I was a little kid, I had absolutely no idea what they were saying.  What a bummer I typed it wrong!  But I knew it, so I'm gonna give myself the points!  Which would bring my final score to 143.

A flower, if I remember correctly.

Yes, lots of fun!

And I did click on it to see what album the songs came from, but I still don't recognize some.   Do you know these?

AGAIN, PEOPLE:  SPOILER ALERT, HERE:

The one about Lousie, pull me offa my knees?  All the link tells me is that it's from "Footloose".

The one with "I don't need to fall at your feet, just 'cause you cut me to the bone"

Oh man!!!  I just found another type-o that cost me points!!   (Mornings bad!!)

I scored a 155.7. Unfortunately I am a mostly 80s music freak and have most of the albums these songs came from . Course it helps when your partner was bron in 1963 and was in his 20s when these songs were popular

The lyric about Louise is from the song Footloose by Kenny Loggins.

The lyric about I don't need to fall at your feet, just 'cause you cut me to the bone. is from the soundtrack to Pretty Woman and sung by Go West and is titled the King of Wishful Thinking

I'd like to tell her that she's missing some key words which will confuse people (as it did me )

On the first bonus question, it's "My heart's on fire for Elvira Giddy-up Oomp-ba-pa-mou-mou" (the parts she left out are in Bold-type.)

Yes, I know I am completely anal.     (Especially when it comes to lyrics...)

Oh right!  And that's a line I knew - one I could actually decipher!  (Man, Kenny Loggins can be tough to understand!  How long was it before you knew what the heck he was singing in "I'm Alright" ?!  )

The lyric about I don't need to fall at your feet, just 'cause you cut me to the bone. is from the soundtrack to Pretty Woman and sung by Go West and is titled the King of Wishful Thinking

Ah-ha.  Great song.  Just don't know all of the words.  Thanks, Thumper!

Actually LS. there is a part in there that simply goes straight to Elivira and skips the for. I agree with the giddy up

Yep, Marky Mark is Mark Wahlberg, who is Donnie Wahlberg's brother.

Why can't these sorts of questions be on those 80's quizzes? I knew that one!
