Advice on website for my photos

I know some of you guys use a service in which you can put jpgs up, and send the address to friends to allow access for viewing.

I would like one that is free of charge. And easy to use.

And in addition to pictures from my digital camera, would I be able to put anything up that I find off of the Internet, like MZ mentioned earlier today when we were posting our "hotties"?

Can anyone recommend a free site? Or tell why they would not recommend a particular one?

I'm not sure...but I use photobucket!  www.photobucket.com


It is free.  I mainly use it so I can share on myspace and also to post my pictures in this forum in clickable thumbnail images.

Yep, another vote for photobucket.  I have a free account there, have used it for about a year and so far I have no complaints.  Pics upload really fast; video does too.  And like Jules said you can set up albums to share with friends and family.  Very user friendly.

The only problem with imageshack is that you don't have your own space. I'd recommend Photobucket or Snapfish.

So thanks for your advice, everybody.  I ended up opening a Photobucket account.  I have a whole 5 pictures in there!  So far it does seem easy to use.  I wanna see if a picture will paste, so...  here goes- I took this picture of Zac Hanson at the Connecticut concert a couple of weeks ago:
