Right now it's like instant request. Where is everybody today? Where's Star and her Barbie Girl? I'll be able to hear my songs before I'll be able to make another request! Is anybody out there?...

We will be sending one of the jets out to pick you up presently. The chefs are preparing bangers and mash from scratch, the champagne is here, the cigars are in the humidor, still waiting on the danged french to get the cognac here. But all should be set for your grande arrival party! (oh and d, I and rigg...

I didn't like this movie, but I think it was more that I didn't like what the movie was about. I think I can appreciate Ray's music more without knowing the story behind it. I felt like to focus was on his problems and not enough on his music, and I hated how I sat for 2 1/2 hours to only see half of...

I just read in the current issue of Giant magazine that they are getting ready to shoot a movie based on their lead singer Ian Curtis. It will be called Control. I thought I would share this now in tribute to JD's return to the Underground 80s! I hung out with a bunch of skateboarders when I was young they we...

Glad to hear that D's mom is hanging in there. More cleaning today, I am waiting on my son to come back from tubing, white water rafting and hiking in NC. Hoep everyone has a blessed day!

So I am still waiting on my son to call me to pick him up, so I put in a movie someone dropped off for my mom to watch. It is a couple years old. Has Jason Lee, Selma Blair (yuk) and Julia Stiles (very pretty). It was pretty stupid I think I'll spare her. However there was a 'crab medicine' scene that was kind of f...

Dennis Quaid, Christopher Grace (yes, I refuse to shorten it to Topher), how can you go wrong right? Well, you can start by making a movie that really has no ending. I was really enjoying this movie until the end, then I was just left with a feeling of emptiness, like all I did was look in on somebo...

I saw it in the video store. I had never heard of it. It stars Colin Firth. It looked good, but looks deceived me. Apparently it is a UK movie. Maybe Ultimo can tell me if I am missing something, but I did not care for it. Too dark, too slow. Begins and ends bad.
