Morning all! Glad it's the weekend. I have class still this semester on Fridays. I have a good group this time. Maybe I won't be so busy today, time will tell!

Hello all!  Happy Friday!  Well it's almost Saturday here and just got back from a pleasant evening on the outside deck of the Albatross Hotel.  Spent the evening watching the sunset over the water while enjoying a few nice glasses of wine and some fresh seafood!  Soooo nice and relaxing!

Howdy,

It warmed up about 20 degrees overnight . . . yay! We're at 19 degrees now and the forecast now says we will be in the mid 40's. I don't think it will get that warm with all the snow on the ground, but hopefully it will prove me wrong.

Good day everyone.  TGIF.  It's cold!  Very cold.  About 12 degrees, wind chill about -15..........  I've got the little heater under my desk blaring.
 
I need to go out again because at 10 I need to be in Taunton MA w/ evidence photos of a suicide...

I am so happy for that! Well last night we continued our search to try to find a way to get out of our 2nd jobs and start working on losing this debt. There does seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel although we aren't done looking around yet. Most likely it will hurt us for awhile maybe the next 3 yrs- so again we will have to wait on buying a house. But if we could get out of 2nd jobs and be able to move out of this house that is falling apart, I will be happy! Keep your fingers crossed!

Happy Friday everybody!!!  I'm grateful the weekend is coming, but I'll be spending it trying to figure out how to help my daughter build a doll house complete with furniture out of recyclable things for a science project. 

This is the fifth science project over the past 5 weeks her science teacher has assigned as homework for the weekends.........I think the man needs to get a life....apparently he thinks none of us have one

happy friday, y'all!  we are sitting at 9 degrees in the tulsa metro right now.  looking forward to a warming trend to set in.  we might be back at 70 by next week

i've been trying to get out of the funk i've been in since i got the perverted phone message last week.  hopefully today we will have more info on where the call originated. 

another busy day is sitting in my in-basket...

I can not express how anxious I am for the weekend!

I going to get new glasses tomorrow.  I usually wear contacts, so I haven't had new glasses in at least 6 years.  But I do wear my glasses at home, so it would be nice to have some with the same prescription as my contacts.  And I've got the thick lenses on my current glasses, which makes them heavy and cumbersome, so I'm going to get the ultralights this time.

funny you should mention this. I was sitting here a little while ago thinking that I never replaced my glasses or updated my contacts in September. Now I may not have any money to cover what I go over.
